Q7: Can automatic subscription invoices be refunded?

A: Due to payment processor limitations, automatic subscription invoices do not support self-service refunds. If you need a refund for an automatic subscription invoice, please contact customer support. We will process refunds manually based on specific circumstances.

Q8: Can I still use the service for the current period after canceling my automatic subscription?

A: Yes. After canceling your automatic subscription, the service will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you can continue to use the service until the period ends.

Q9: When does PayPal automatic subscription billing occur?

A: PayPal automatic billing usually occurs at UTC 10:00, with a possible 1-2 hour delay. The specific billing time is subject to the PayPal system.
